Please Read the following as your Acknowledgement of the Terms and Conditions of this pageant:

If any of the information I gave in my registration form is at any point found to be false, I understand and agree that this will be sufficient grounds for my disqualification from the competition screening/selection process and/or from the competition and campaign itself, even if I had previously been selected.

All decisions made by the Producers/directors, projects manager and organizers regarding the screening/selection of the contestants, during camping, grand finale and after are final and not subject to appeal or challenge.

Eligibility & Acceptance
  • You must be a Nigerian citizen or resident in Nigeria.
  • Miss Bold And Beautiful Nigeria finalists, must be aged 18-30 years on or before the date scheduled for camp opening.
  • You need to be in proper physical and mental health, especially during the duration of the contest.
  • If you have won a national title before, or competed in an international pageant representing your country, two years must have passed since your reign as winner ended.
  • You must be willing and able to peacefully coexist with the other contestants who will be your competitors in "MISS BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL NIGERIA (MBBN)” pageant during the duration of the competition.
  • As a contestant/winner of this pageant, Miss Bold and Beautiful Nigeria is responsible for receiving, managing/utilizing and deciding whether or not a contestant/winnner can receive gift items including but not limited to cash, endorsements and every other benefit gotten from individuals, groups, companies, NGOs, government agencies or Parastatals and others.
  • Former winners of the titles Miss Bold and Beautiful Nigeria, Miss Bold and Beautiful Nigeria Elegance and Miss Bold and Beautiful Nigeria Culture are not eligible to compete again for the same title. Former entrants and finalists are eligible to compete again for any of the titles

In addition to the above, note that the Producers/Directors, Project Manager and Organizers reserve the right to judge and determine Ineligiblility as this is left solely at their discretion.

Official Langauge

English Language is the official language of the MISS BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL NIGERIA pageant. It is a requirement for contestants to speak English.

Contestants should only communicate with fellow contestants, producers/directors, judges, project Manager and organizers in English language.

Gender

Entrants’ legal gender must be female.

Code Of Conduct

Contestant shall be a person whose background is not likely to bring in to disrepute the MISS BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL NIGERIA or the Licensee or the Promoter or any person associated with them. Entrant affirms that she is and will continue to be a person of good moral character; that she has not committed and will not commit any act inconsistent with the highest standards of public morals and conventions or that will reflect unfavourably on the competition, its representatives, sponsors and or licensees; that she has not appeared in, or posed for, any nude or provocative photographs prior to, during the preliminary or contest finals, or during her reign should she become a grand finalist or MISS BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL NIGERIA title holder.

Contestant will conduct herself in a courteous, professional manner at all times during the MISS BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL NIGERIA contest and while representing the brand, promoters or sponsors.

Contestant will not slander other contestants, judges, directors/producers, project manager, organizers, staff or anyone else involved with or connected to MISS BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL NIGERIA Pageant.

Defamatory verbal and or written remarks against MISS BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL NIGERIA may result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of any and all prizes and awards won, and legal charges.

Any Contestant found publicly posting slanderous remarks on public forums will be immediately disqualified.

Good sportsmanship is expected at all times. Disruptive behaviour before, during, or after the pageant may result in disqualification, removal from the premises, and legal charges.

Entry Fee & Payments

If finalists are selected, camp fee/tickets and any other fees should be paid in full on or before at least 7 days before camp is scheduled to open.

Refund Policy

All fees paid for and to MISS BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL NIGERIA competition are not refundable and not transferable in full or in part for under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to entry fees, advertising fees, contest admission ticket sales fees, guest meal fees, accommodation, make-up, clothing materials and accessories, costumes and any other fees paid to the organisers of Miss Bold and Beautiful Nigeria by anyone including, but not limited to, contestants, sponsors, and advertisers.

Disqualification / Title Relinquishment

If contestant is disqualified or relinquishes, for any reason, any title awarded to her, all prizes must be returned in full, and in condition received. The titles and crowns belong to cherdah Republic Limited and can be revoked if winner is found wanting in any way during the course of her one year reign as a title holder.

Travel

Contestants make their own travel arrangements to and from camp. The organisers of Miss Bold and Beautiful Nigeria are not responsible for arranging travel or intervening/ resolving disputes involving travel to the competition.

Hotel

Contestants are required to stay at the host hotel. Contestants' families and friends must make their own hotel reservations.

Publicity and Promotion

By virtue of participation in the Miss Bold and Beautiful Nigeria pageant, contestant agrees to allow the organisers of Miss Bold and Beautiful Nigeria the right to use her name, likeness, voice and or biographical information for purposes of publicity and promotion now and in the future Contestant understands that her name, likeness, voice, and or biographical information may be used on the internet, in print advertising, press releases and merchandise related to the Miss Bold and Beautiful Nigeria (e.g., t-shirts, tote bags, hats, other apparel, mouse pads, and other promotional materials.) Contestant agrees to release to the organisers of the Miss Bold and Beautiful Nigeria from liability for any injury resulting from publicity and promotion. Contestant agrees to waive any and all compensation for use of her name, likeness, voice, and or biographical information for purposes of publicity and promotion.
